“We started working out in October of 2021 and we were in need of some life changes as we are aging. We were blessed to get set up with Kristin and start working out and making some lifestyle changes. Along with exercising, we also changed our eating habits after finding out food intolerances we had that contributed to our inflammation. “I started working with Kristin in 2022. As a busy mom it‘s sometimes difficult to get a moment to yourself let alone an hour at the gym (plus travel time). Kristin takes that problem out of the picture. A few times per month she comes to my house and we work with what equipment I have available. She keeps track of my reps and how much weight I am able to lift. This has given me the ability to visibly check my progress and see the strength gains I’m making along with body composition changes.
